Till then you can activate the WhatsApp calling feature by yourself.
For that you will be needing the latest version of WhatsApp which is v2.11.561 for some smartphones this version is not yet available if this version is not available for your phone don't worry you can download it via APK Mirror but even after this it is not 100% granted that this version will work for you phone it may not install on some phones.
After you download and install the latest version of WhatsApp all you have to is find someone who has already activated the WhatsApp calling feature and ask him to call you and you are good to go enjoy !
After it has been activated you UI will change.
