The name of the app is Pushbullet. 
so first click on that link go to app store install that app then go to www.pushbullet.com  then download the app for PC or mac whatever you have. follow the instructions and you are good to go. 
Now you will get notifications right on your PC or mac.
You can reply to WhatsApp texts right from your PC or mac. without having to touch your phone.

PushBullet also allows you to send links directly to your phone. But you will need to have chrome and also PushBullet plugin installed on chrome.
The app will guide you throughout this process. it is simple and quick. 

You can see all your connected devices you can share links and chat and share files and photos between them.But for that you will need the internet on your devices. 

There's an another app for sharing files from your computer to your Smartphone called Portal. but you have to be on the same WiFi network.

install the app on the phone.

open the app on your phone scan the QR code on the website and you can drag and drop any file you want to send on to the phone.

Here is a wonderful file manager for everyone and for everything...
The ES File Explorer File Manager

it is different from the normal file managers available and it is also the best if you don't believe me check out the ratings i think its the highest rated a file manager in whole play store so what it provides??

1] It just don't provide you the normal sd card management but it also haves a tab called cloud you can go into that tab click on the plus sign given below the screen and add a cloud network which you use.

here is the list.

 Dropbox, Box.net, Sugarsync, Google Drive (Google Docs is now a part of Google Drive), SkyDrive, Amazon S3, Yandex and lot more.

2] it also provides backing up of your apps which you have installed and that means you can create the apk's of that installed apps which you are not able to get through play store and yes you can also uninstall a application..

3]it haves a built in zip file support yes you heard right. so you don't have to install another app for opening or extracting the zip files.

4]and i also haves some built in player and image viewers and obviously a lot more..

you can download and check it out and the main thing its free and just near by 4 to 5 mb but it may vary with the device's.
